Homemade Hounds INC

This was mine and my dogs first time boarding so I was understandably very nervous. Dropped my dogs off and it was smooth and easy had opted for 5 nature walks per dog. Was told I could call or Facebook as much as wanted to check on them but not to be alarmed if it wasn’t an immediate response(understandable especially because it was a holiday) aside from a response 1 time they never responded, I promise I wasn’t obnoxious :) just checked in once a day but never got updates the rest of the 5 days. It wasn’t until I picked up I was given a very brief update that they were grumbly towards employees (obviously I’m thankful it wasn’t worse since it was their first time and they’re used to having 1/2 acre yard plus 3 acres) I was really disappointed that there was no update/informing us how they did or how they were on their walks let alone if they even went on their walks or if they went on walks together like requested or had to be separate due to pulling etc...overall it was a good experience and I love to try and support local small business but Just felt a little rushed and I wished for more communication during their stay but especially at pick up. Will consider for future use
