My dog is picky about people, but let me tell you how much he LOVES Homemade Hounds. The staff are all super awesome, super knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions about everything from their services, to questions about dog care, to everything. Tanner loves to visit his aunties at Homemade Hounds and I know my dog is in good hands every single time we visit. Price point is good for their services, facilities are clean, and plenty of room for Tanner to run. What more could I want or need? Bath? Nail trimmings? HHP does it ALL!!!

I've not used this service, and I would never. Every time I walk my pups down the dirt road past there location all the dogs are locked in kennels and cages. They have multiple acres of property, yet the dog's are always in cages! I'd rather leave my pup home with space to move around. Poor treatment... Smh.

Hey there! We are happy that you (like us) are advocates for animal care! As our building is being finished, we do have dogs in crates but we are rotating them out into 2 free run pens, leash walking multiple times a day or letting them play in playgroups that run the 3 acres that are for the dogs. We do this between 8am-11am and 2pm-5pm Mon-Sat, 9am-11am and 4pm-6pm Sunday. We also have training clients that come throughout the day and not all of the dogs on property are social so there not always the opportunity for them to run in large playgroups throughout the property... but we try to do that as much as we can. As you live in the area, you may see that we have been slowly making improvements to the property including fencing, taking down trees and so much more. In the next few months you will see even more as we build new play yards, raise more fences and so on for the exact reason of making it even MORE fun for our dogs and clients! We again thank you for being a wonderful animal advocate and one day as you are walking by, we would love to show you around, have you tour around and meet the staff... and see the future vision and our new kennel building that is being constructed! We think that you might change your mind about the care, people and happiness of our dogs!

Highly recommended them. We, my daughter and I, have been taking our dogs to them for over a year. Our dogs have been there for boarding, playcare and training. Allison, Ashley, Dee and Taz are amazing with our dogs. My dog Ginger gets really really excited when shes goes for a day of playcare or when she boards. These ladies are the best with training and explaining dog handling techniques. They go out of their way to ensure that the dogs in their care are well taken care of and have a great time everytime they visit Homemade hounds. We had tried many of the local dog training and daycare places none of the are comparable to Homemade hounds. They are the best by far and as an added bo us they are the most reasonably priced in the area.
