Mike just recently trained our second vizsla, and all I can say is we will never go to anyone else for training. He trains them in a way that they not only listen but they seem to enjoy the “job” that he gives them. He is very thorough and he makes it clear that in the future if your needing help he will be there for any guidance you might need and I’d truly feel comfortable going to him in the future if issues were to arise with either one of them.

We had an amazing experience with Mike! Our dog was very defiant, and we were struggling, but Mike truly changed everything for us. His training approach was effective, clear, and made a huge difference in both our dog’s behavior and our daily life. She’s more obedient, calmer, and overall much happier. It honestly feels like we have a completely different dog. We’re so grateful for Mike and highly recommend Homeland K9 to anyone needing real results!

I have gone to Mike on 2 separate occasions to help with training 2 different English Springer Spaniels. The first time included dog boarding with training and the change in my dogs behavior in just 1 week was amazing. Mike then trained me so I knew how to reinforce his lessons. This was followed by attending group training sessions weekly where my dog learned to follow my commands in a group of people with other dogs. I was very impressed. Several years later with a new Springer puppy I asked Mike for a refreshed and then again attended the group classes. He is not only a great person but the results he produced for me and my dogs were amazing! I would definitely recommend his program!
