Hello Shelly,<br>Thank you for sharing your feedback. I did make an attempt to feed Toph, at lunch time but as it was her first day, she appeared a bit nervous and chose not to eat when we dropped her bowl. Her bowl was then placed back into the fridge to be re-dropped at dinner time. It was also mentioned that she was fed breakfast at home and chose not to eat prior to her arrival here with us. Again, as mentioned she can be a picky eater, so it wasn’t alarming to us that she needed some extra time to adjust to a new daycare setting choosing not to eat. Our dinners are dropped at 4pm, given Toph was picked up at 3:15 she would have been home already during our meal time here. For some dogs if they don't typically eat lunch at home or are more "grazers" it can be very common to refuse food especially on the first day. <br><br>We did reach out to your son, who is listed as the primary contact on file, to provide an update during the day and let him know that we would be taking things slowly with her given her shy and cautious nature until she warmed up. <br><br>I also want to note that we do not have your phone number or email on file for Toph, which is why we contacted the primary on file. It looks like Toph did in fact receive a photo report card, but it was emailed to the primary contact on files email. <br><br>If you’d like to give us a call, we’d be more than happy to discuss the following issues at hand and provide solutions for a better experience. <br><br>We appreciate the feedback as we are a new small business and are always looking for different ways to improve our service as we continue to grow. <br><br>We are committed to providing solutions for all of our clients and their dogs, and we have already discussed necessary actions and communication internally to prevent further similar issues in the future.
