My friend and I took my dog to this self wash service to wash her which took us nearly 30 minutes. Everything went well, and we enjoyed the provided products and equipment for most of the time. Toward the end of the experience, I had the need to use the restroom. Unfortunately, I was told that their restroom is not for customers. If this business was an in and out type service, that wouldn’t have been an issue, but because it’s necessary for customers to spend a significant amount of time to appropriately utilize this service, it is unreasonable for customers to not be welcome to use the restroom facilities. Likewise, had I been there alone with my dog it would be understandable to have a policy that she could not be left unattended. However this was not the situation. For a service-based business, this policy is really disappointing and somewhat disrespectful. Hopefully they recognize this and change their policy. PS I was only going to do #1!
The best locally owned pet store with very knowledgeable staff. My dog is on the best food to keep her healthy and in the correct weight range.
