Magdalena, was an awesome instructor for the dog training class. She was able to use of any one of us students dog to do any command we were working on. I was very impressed with her knowledge and how well she was working with the dogs. She is truly an amazing instructor. I would recommend her to anyone. Magdalena is hands down the best trainer I have ever worked with. She is so kind and never gives up on any of the dogs. She tailors her lessons to fit what your dog needs. I just can’t say enough good things about her or Highland Canine in general. I did group classes and it was almost like a private lesson. You get your own trainer that helps you individually during the class. I can’t believe how much I learned and how much my dog has progressed in just 6 weeks. My dog completed basic obedience yesterday and I already enrolled her in search and rescue thanks to Magdalena’s recommendation. I hope to find more classes with her in the future . She is so passionate about dogs and it shows in her training style.

I attended Highland's six month, school for dog trainers this last year and I don't regret a single moment of it. I have been training for almost 7 years and I was still able to learn so many new things that I never knew, or thought that I knew well. I'm a firm believer in the saying "the day you stop learning is the day you die" and I'm proud to say that I learned a lot here. The staff was professional and personable and were always open and willing to teach you more or work with you, even after hours or on weekends. Thank you to everyone there and if you're looking into going here as a student or just looking to get your dog trained, this is the place to go!!

My dog Kure and I attended the most recent Basic Obedience class with Magdalena. There aren’t enough words to express my gratitude for the knowledge and techniques we learned during our 6 weekly sessions. Magdalena as well as her students are so amazing at what they do, it was obvious from day one! Though our class was probably close to full, I never felt for a second we didn’t get the attention we needed. It actually felt like we were in a one on one session. They offered so much in addition to the suggestions. It was an amazing experience I looked forward to each week. I can’t wait to see future offerings so we can come back! I highly highly, highly recommend taking classes through North Highland. I may be bias, but I recommend taking them with Magdalena! She’s phenomenal!
