High Drive dog training

I was out for a walk with my dog when we happened to pass by High Drive as owner Carly Shivers was getting out of her car. My puppy always wants to say to everyone and sat down and looked at her. Carly asked if she could help us and I explained that we were just passing by and my dog just wants to say hi to everyone she meets. As a Great Pyrenees mix my dog will often stubbornly lay down due to getting over heated and also just wanting to greet every dog and person she comes across. Carly finished carrying her items from her vehicle inside. She then stepped back outside and informed me that this was a private dog training facility and that I needed to leave immediately. I was in a state of shock since I was standing in the parking lot only 2 feet from the sidewalk and there was no one else and no dogs there so I was not in any way causing her a disruption or hindering her business. I let her know that I would be on my way but that I didn't want to pull on my dog's neck and injure her. She replied "why not? You have a piece of rope [meaning the leash] pull!" She then informed me that it was "about to get real ugly if you don't start moving your legs." It's her right to tell me that I can't be in her parking lot but I was aghast with how she was telling me to treat my dog. Is this a training method she uses? My dog was in no way acting aggressively and was laying down and wagging her tail. Her comments felt abusive and like they came out of nowhere. I finally got my dog to move (without pulling on her neck) by lifting up her hind legs from her laying position and luring her away with treats. In hindsight the interaction feels very transactional to me. Because I wasn't there to spend any money she was now threatening to harm me and my dog. Again, I was just out for a walk, I wasn't looking for any services or anything. That being said, I'm fortunate that I haven't spent any money at this business and my dog (picture attached) and I will certainly avoid this business in the future.
