Terrible people. They opened their class (after you pay) by saying they lied about how long the class is AND what the start time is so that they can get more people to sign up. Almost worthy of a report to the BBB Don't take classes here unless you have absolutely no other plans. Also the ratio of how much they teach what you're there for, and how often they try and sell other classes or things they sell is horrific. 6 sales pitches. 2 pieces of dog training tips. For the entirety of the 2 hours. And she plans for this to be every class over 8 weeks. And she dated to call this "high level advice"

Carly is a miracle worker! My dog was attacked by another dog and became very dog reactive and afraid of everything afterwards. It wasn't until Carly's training that we began to see real results. He is well on his way to being stable, balanced, and confident! It's like we have a wholly different dog. Carly's no BS approach is exactly the wake up call we needed. What we were doing previously was only coddling his fear-based behaviors, rather than solving them. I can't recommend Carly enough- she has changed our lives!! She taught us how to better communicate with our dog and lead him so that we are all on the same page. We are no longer afraid, and I can't express how much that means to us! If I could give 6 stars, I would!

Be aware they will take your money, have a “strict” no return policy after THREE months(whhhat). They took $299 from us, for doing NOTHING!! And they are very hard to get in touch with, there is no phone number, emailing is the only way & the back & forth communication is combative. We bought the $299 6 class package for follow up training after our pup took puppy classes here 4 years ago. Only to find out after Going to a class & being turned away(Carly says it’s been too long), we need to spend another $200 to take the basics class $499 for 8 weeks……. You are not allowed(nor do I want) to miss 2 classes during a session! And none of the dates work. We asked for a refund, & received a LONG email……NO REFUNDS… They will take your $$$$
