I just had Hidden Fences install a electric fence for my young golden retriever. I cannot speak highly enough about the owner of the company and his son, who were recommended to me by a good friend. He spoke to me for an hour on the phone and explained exactly his process and provided me an excellent and fair estimate over the phone - I did NOT have to go online and schedule a visit to get this which was really different from all other electric fence companies. Additionally, my dog was running in the road and I needed a solution immediately. Lester (the owner) was able to schedule our installation for 2 business days out from call . He showed up on time, and quickly worked with me to determine the boundaries, got the fence in, and had my dog training all within 3 hours. My young, crazy golden is behaving fabulously in the fence and my experience with Hidden Fences.

Lester and his team were very impressive initially on the telephone with a patient consultation on how he would approach my property and train my dog. He also lived up to his promise of being fully available for any follow-up questions or service or maintenance needed which happened within the first three weeks only because of my lack of knowledge on the operating system not to any fault of the product itself. The system has been keeping our labrador retriever puppy on our property since day one and we’re very pleased and I fully recommend the system and Lester and his team. We have two puppies that kept digging holes and getting underneath our wooden fence in our backyard and roaming the neighborhood. I felt like could never leave them alone in their own backyard. Going away was also an issue. I would have to board my dogs instead of having a dog sitter come stay. After numerous escapes (which always seemed to happen at the most inconvenient times like on the way to a wedding or going to the airport) I called hidden fence. The owner Lester answered my call immediately. He was so kind and understanding about what I was going through. He took the time to explain everything to me about what getting an hidden fence entailed from the training to the cost. After my fence was installed Lester came over and trained both of my puppies and me about their new collars and the borders of their new hidden fence. Lester is a amazing trainer! He worked with my puppies until they fully understood their limits. Anytime I had a concern he would talk with me or come to the house and work with the dogs until everything was 100% perfect! Several months later we were having some sidewalks poured and I called Lester the night before and asked if he could come mark the lines for the fence. He arrived the next morning to mark the lines and informed us if the contractors broke them that he would come by and fix them. Lester and Hidden Fence is an amazing, thorough, reliable company that sticks with you from start to finish!
