HHK Dog Training

We found Nate at HHK last year when we started looking for an English Cocker Spaniel puppy. Nate spent a lot of time talking with my husband about the breed and his experience with the dogs. We had spoken to a couple different breeders, but there was something different about Nate - He was down to earth, was very responsive to our questions, and just made us feel comfortable. He kept us updated on the pup’s growth and how he was doing. We purchased our pup as a Christmas gift for our girls. Nate and his family facilitated a big surprise. He had our puppy in a box with a big bow on it waiting for our girls. He sent us with everything we needed to get him adjusted to our home. Rudder is now 10 months old. He really is the best dog. He is healthy and is everyone’s best buddy. We recommend HHK to anyone without hesitation. If I could talk my husband into a second dog, we would most definitely choose HHK again!

I had a great experience with HHK Dog Training! I adopted a wonderful and quite fearful shelter dog who did not know any commands and was not very comfortable around people. HHK Dog Training gave her a wonderful foundation in their obedience program: I was able to take home a dog who walks well on a leash, knows how to sit, and has come a very long way in trusting people. I especially appreciated the generous time Nate and Emma took to provide training for me as well, as a new dog owner. Both my dog and I are more confident. From the start Nate was super responsive to my concerns and my questions. He was very straightforward and confident that he could handle my dog. Willow went to him as a very hyper and stubborn puppy. She came back as what feels like a new dog. Nate has a way with animals that can only be explained as somebody who is a master at their craft. The biggest thing for me is that even though he did all of the correction work for her, when I came to visit or work with her, she was still equally interested and caring towards him. This program is some of the best money I’ve spent and priceless for the companion that I now have.
