Horrible waste of time and money. I ignored the bad reviews and regret it. Melissa showed up 3 times even though I paid for 5. Every time she was late. By visit 4 she just didn't show up at all. Always had some crazy excuse. She seems like a nice person, but an obvious hot mess who has no business running a business. She has no respect for other people or their time. As far as her skills, she's mediocre at best. The painful part is she advertises herself as a specialist with rescues, but really didn't provide much help at all. So, she's arguably scamming people who are trying to help rescues. I want to give her the benefit of the doubt and just say she's just highly disorganized and overvalues her ability. Someone more cynical would say she takes advantage of people in a desperate situation, comes in with a low price when qualified help is more expensive, and then doesn't provide any credible service. If you roll the dice on her, do NOT pay up front. She'll want to sell you a 4-visit package after the first visit and says "no refunds", which should have been a red flag from the start. EDIT: Melissa claims I wasn't a client. I was in 2023. I have Venmo receipts and a text history. Sorry Melissa. You stole money from me. Based on reviews, I'm not the only one.
