Heidi has been an asset in helping me become a better dog owner. Having tried another trainer prior to meeting her, I felt much more confident and could see that her training was effective. My pup responded to her positive methods and it was easy to reinforce the work with her handouts and detailed session follow-up emails. Baxter loves her and so do I!
