Heeling Hounds Dog Training

Glenda is THE dog whisperer! My husband and I spent a lot of time looking for the right dog trainer - we have 3 rescues and primarily needed help with the newest member with leash reactivity and general management/training. We were so impressed with Glenda before even meeting. She took the time to answer my MANY questions, and always quickly and with enthusiasm. In comparison to others we talked to who made us feel dismissed or naive, Glenda brought warmth, patience, and enthusiasm. Our first session (the assessment) with her was worth every penny. We got so many useful tools and she showed us easy ways to integrate more leadership into our household, from feeding to behavior when we walk in the door or before walks. After practicing her suggestions, we noticed changes within 24 hours. Our dogs already began to behave more calmly and peace was back in our home. We are going to keep working with Glenda to grow our toolbox. She is a wealth of knowledge and fun to be around too! Definitely recommend!

Glenda to the rescue again. She helped me when I adopted my little girl in 2011 as a new puppy and she has been the best dog Ive ever had thanks to all the training that Glenda assisted us with and now 13 years later I reached out to her again to assist me with a new phase of my dogs life, which is being deaf. Glenda had some wonderful and helpful ideas for training even though she is now 500 miles away. She is the only person I trust and I knew I needed to speak to once I did find out that my dog had lost her hearing. I now feel confident that I can maneuver this next phase of my dog’s life. Baby and I can not thank her enough for all her support and kindness all these years.

Glenda is a wonderful trainer! We've always adopted rescues. Sometimes it takes a bit for them to adjust and to settle in. This time, we needed help. After learning about our new pup over the phone, Glenda calmly walked into complete dog chaos like it was just no big deal. (Someone at the door was the worst!! Lol) He quickly learned from this sweet, funny, lady that there were new rules. With only a few visits from Glenda, our dog is now pleasant to be around and fun to take places! I can't say enough about her and her calm technique. I highly recommend her!
