Heel 2 Heal Dog Training

Lorraine loves dogs (which is a positive), but does neglect the fact that she runs a business and I was disappointed by her customer service. Simply put, we were surprised by her condescending replies to my family. At the end of this experience, we felt this was a waste of money and I regret using this service. On a larger scale, I recommend classes with other pups once a week to better socialize the dogs and connect on a personal level. I would not try a program like this again, but for those who want one, I strongly do not recommend Lorraine.

Very knowledgeable trainer that teaches you to be the better dog owner. I had a very hyper and strong willed Jack Russel Terrier whom I had taken to many different places to help train him in obedience. None helped me the way she did. My Jack used to pull when I would walk him and decide when he’d feel lik coming when I would call him. After receiving training with Heel 2 Heal my Jack was a pleasure to walk and would listen to me. I loved that I was taught along his side how to properly handle him. Lorraine is professional that knows herself and has so much passion for this work.

Lorraine was a god send for my rescue min pin that came with atrocious behaviors that almost got me kicked out of an apartment. He was high anxiety and a barker. Lorraine taught him how to put that energy to good use. I can’t tell you how many trainers said my dog was untrainable over the years, NOT Lorraine! She taught him how to get along with other dogs by grouping him with other dogs and how to not respond to social anxiety and even finally go to the dog park with no incidents. I knew my boy was special and was worth saving and Lorraine saw in him what I saw in him. Her love kindness and compassion on top of her approach to training all go hand in hand to make your dog just plain better. Thank you Lorraine!!!!!

Lorraine has helped us immensely to learn how to handle our fun-loving and energetic Australian Shepherd, Charlie. Lorraine is a very talented specialist dog trainer, who is very competent in what she does. She also has a natural empathy and affinity with animals which is easily and readily observable, this certainly helps her to obtain better results. In Lorraine you will find a very genuine compassionate person, who has 20 years of experience in dog training behind her. More than worth considering if you have a difficult or out of control dog. -
