Heavenly Hounds Dog Training

I've only worked with Stephanie Kowalewski in private sessions, but she has been a godsend for me and my exuberant "teen" Labrador Retriever. Stephanie is a very gifted dog trainer and truly understands canine behavior and how it meshes with human behavior & vice versa! -- the true key to effective training. The facility is warm, welcoming, and very clean. I recommend Heavenly Hounds without reservations; you will be thrilled with the progress YOU and your dog make under their skilled guidance.

Heavenly Hounds has been a great facility for our Westie Gigi. All of the trainers are extremely professional. The training classes are excellent and the lessons are easy to keep up with at home. Puppy socials have been good for Gigi. While she is having a great time , the trainers are teaching us about safe play and what it looks like. The trainer is always explaining whatever is going on. I am looking forward to experiencing the other types of classes as she grows. Heavenly Hounds is going to get all the credit for making sure Gigi is a great companion at home.

I will follow up on this post but... currently my first impressions aren't great. They seem very understaffed. You can never talk to them on the phone, and if you go inside the store they direct you to go to their website. I know they probably are in high demand because everyone has been getting dogs during COVID, but that should mean they have more people there answering phones and emailing me. I sent and email and it took 2/3 days to hear back and I was hoping to have my lesson today which now has to be next week. I have high hopes for the actual training, but the customer service has been very bad so far.
