Heather Pope Dog Training

We couldn’t be happier with Heather Pope and the training she provided for our new rescue dog, Rudy! Heather and her husband, Dave, were wonderful to work with from start to finish. They were patient, knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely cared about helping Rudy succeed. One of the things we appreciated most was that Heather didn’t just train Rudy—she trained Karen and me, too! She gave us practical tools and a solid foundation that we could continue using at home. It was heartwarming to see the bond that Heather made with Rudy in three short weeks of Board & Train. She was genuinely sad to see him go! We’ve been home for a week now, and Rudy is doing very well with the fundamentals he learned from Heather. It’s been exciting to see how much he has improved already, and we feel much more confident about continuing his training. Heather has helped me with 3 dogs. We did class training with Gunner, my GSD and Quincy, my Chinese Crested. Caleb, a Beagle/terrier mix, was more than I could get a handle on. He was active and strong willed. He went for 3 weeks of board/training with Heather. He is now a joy to have at home. The structure Heather gave him has helped him to be more settled and more willing to listen and work with me. I highly recommend Heather for any type of training. She is patient with the dogs and works with them as individuals with individual needs.
