I had just called to try to book a private lesson for my puppy and I could not hear the lady talking so I kindly told her I cannot hear you two times and each time she got more and more of an attitude the last time I said, I still can’t hear you. She spoke up but very aggressive and very rude. You just lost a customer Because of her rudeness in her attitude, Maybe don’t let her answer the phones if she’s gonna be rude. My puppy will never come here because if you’re rude to me over the phone and don’t even know me, what are you doing to these dogs behind our backs🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄

My dog is much more relaxed after one day at Hearts and Paws. He pulls less and seems more confident. He had a great experience.

The staff at Hearts and Paws are so kind and I feel that they genuinely care about my dog. They are always there if we are in a bind and need last minute care. We also took our dog to their puppy kindergarten class, and they were wonderful there as well.
