Heart Mountain K9 has been really helpful for us and our dogs. I’ve sent several dogs to them and have never been disappointed. I appreciate that they use proven methods without being overly compulsive. The dogs are encouraged to learn through “winning,” which makes the training make sense to the dog instead of just forcing obedience. You can also tell that the care of the dogs is extremely important to them, which matters a lot to me. I’d recommend Heart Mountain K9 to anyone looking for practical, thoughtful dog training from people who know what they’re doing.

I have had a relationship with Heart Mountain K9 since 2018 when I reached out to get training for my German Shepherd puppy, Kenai. I was in training with her for almost two years and was very pleased with our results. I lost her in a tragic accident and Michael and Denae from Heart Mountain K9 grieved with me and helped me to acquire a new German Shepherd puppy of great blood lines when I was ready. I have also done years of training with this dog, Karma, who is now 6 years old. Again, very pleased with our training and Karma absolutely loves every minute of it! She gets so excited when she realizes we are pulling in the driveway at Heart Mountain K9! I trust them with my dogs and know they love them almost as much as I do, and Karma sure does love them!
