We had a lovely experience in the polite pooch class with our newly adopted 4 year old rescue chihuahua. She made a ton of progress in 6 weeks. She still has work to do on being able to handle seeing other dogs when she's on a walk, but they gave us the tools to continue our effort. I liked that we could do all of the registration online, that there were videos for reinforcement, and that in weeks when the class was small, it was customized to the dogs present.

Lisa is fantastic! We scheduled to take the CGC test with her. She throughly explained all the test items. We talked about other testing, training and classes that align with our goals. I look forward to taking classes/testing with her again in the future. She's patient, knowledgeable and very helpful.
