HCC K-9 Dog Training

My family and I adopted our first family dog in November. She is a great dog however she lacked the confidence and courage to not pee when greeted by someone and basic obedience skills like jumping on our children every second them moved. Brian over at HCC K9 was recommended to us by our veterinarian. After reading his mission statement and core values, and my wife reading the reviews on google and other social media platforms we were convinced to give them a try. So we had a private 1-1 lesson with Brian.(Best thing we could have done). He worked with us on some basic things with our pup, while giving us the confidence that she was ready for group classes. After that first lesson we saw a dramatic improvement and change in our pup. We are now going on to week 4 and she has had tremendous improvement and success thanks to Brian and his team at HCC K9. Her confidence level is getting better and better and she is excelling in her sits, downs and walks. Brian’s methods are great and he explains and breaks down everything in class to give you and your pup the confidence and motivation to go home and train successfully each week. Brian also does a great job with socializing the dogs while keeping them apart as to not allow any issues between each dog. This is helped tremendously with my dogs confidence. We are extremely grateful to Brian and the team at HCC K9 for helping us with our dog.

Brian and the whole team at HCC have helped my family out tremendously. We have done two classes, basic obedience and advanced off leash, as well as a private lesson. We have a five year old rescue who was reactive to all people and dogs and have tried training at other places with no success. Brian’s philosophy and training methods were exactly what our dog needed. I can now take my dog for walks without her pulling the whole time or barking at other dogs. I can’t thank the team at HCC enough for all their help. 👏🏼

I would HIGHLY recommend Brian and HCC K9. We have done two classes- the starter obedience class and the advanced off leash . Both have been a huge success with our GSD puppy. The classes are very accommodating for all breeds and ages and Brian’s ability to read the dogs and adjust is incredible. We did one private lesson with Brian on our farm (lack of confidence on our part) and within one hour - our never off the leash GSD puppy was off leash and we’ve not put him back on one unless in public.
