Oh. I did not dislike this " place" simply because I did not actually take advantage of any training. I just found the phone person to be talkative and repeative. Perhaps on the under professional phone rehlm as I gathered. Just me: I like to-the- point-verbage with any inquiry and not so much the mind boggling persuasion blah, blah. I have no doubt the training is legit. I simply wonder how diverse this company is as no specifics were mentioned, Guess I could have mentioned my past experience in such matter but I was inquiring for a friend, a somewhat nieve about puppy traing friend. Anyway, too much verbage. Too much time taken for the call.
