We were having troubles with our lab/hound mix puppy and we’re at the ends of our rope. Not wanting to get rid of the dog knowing she probably just needed training we began searching for someone local. This place had the best reviews and it was a great price, plus We alway try to go with the family owned/small businesses being party of a family business ourselves. I also really liked that they had a three week program and not just a two. When we showed up we talked about her problem spots and what was to be expected and everything was very clearly laid out. When we got her back we were not disappointed. Justin was easy to contact and encouraged questions and communication and he was willing to work with us on the return date because we had to go out of town to help family. When he dropped her off he explained what we needed to to do to reinforce her training and he did a session with us saying if we ever needed to contact him and we could do a reminder session. She has been doing great and she listens very well! We’ve been doing indoor and outdoor training (due to weather) with the heeling and she is doing great! She is doing great with my kids and the rough housing has definitely calmed down and she responds quickly. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again if we get another dog.

When they say you get what you pay for...this training was worth every penny!!! Our rottie is 16 months old and when he was returned to us we couldn't believe the difference in him! He seems to be much calmer. We no longer have to use baby gates to block him from going upstairs. He listens now! (Before he only listened when we had a treat in our hand LOL) Me as a female I could no longer walk him and have a 130 lbs dog drag me down the street. I can easily walk him and control him when he sees other dogs now. I know our Tank gave them some problems at training but he still came back the sweet loving rottie he is and even better! We wish we sent him to training sooner! Thank you HLK9 and all the staff that works there!

Our Alice is a very high drive German Shepherd that wants to work and please us. Justen and his team did a phenomenal job teaching Alice to channel that energy the right way! She listens and follows commands flawlessly. We don't have to worry about her running off or getting into things she is not supposed too. She is a completely different girl now! I highly recommend Justen and his team! I was confident leaving Alice with them. The facility is immaculately clean and the staff is very welcoming. HLK9 is the total package!

I have waited about 2 weeks to write a review because I want to give an honest review for people looking at training their dogs. So here is my experience with Haus Luc K9: We have a 7-month old male red lab and man is he high-drive and crazy! He was counter-surfing, rough housing, wouldn’t listen to a thing we said. He was just terrible. My husband basically gave the ultimatum- Train or Re-home. Needless to say I reached out to Justen at Haus Luc K9 and he got back to me right away. Super friendly, down to earth and just a genuinely nice person! We decided to do the 30 day board and train. I was super hesitant about cost and if the training would stick with Boomer but took a leap of faith. Justen sent videos with his progress every week and I was in disbelief. Boomer was catching on so quickly! Sitting at doors and waiting to be let in, staying at a place until released, heeling... umm who is this dog, lol. When Boomer was ready to dropped off back to us, Justen thoroughly went through commands and the do’s and don’ts. He taught me hands on how to handle boomer and ensured I was confident and comfortable applying the commands. Let me just tell y’all, Boomer is a different dog. He actually listens to us. He does an awesome heel and is way calmer! His commands are on point and manners are awesome. I am SO happy I decided to bite the bullet and get him trained because he truly is an awesome dog. You get what you pay for people. This is an investment into a happy non-stress relationship between your dog and you! Just do it! Haus Luc K9 is awesome! Thank you Justen! PS- the training facility is the cleanest, most organized place I have seen! He truly takes pride in his work!
