Harmony K9 Training

On 12/1/23 we adopted a 10 month old large mixed breed pup from a local shelter. His name is Gunner. Within the first week we realized there was no way we could handle the large unruly beast. Gunner was nearing adulthood and had never received any training. At that point we had no idea what we were going to do with him. He couldn’t walk on a leash and he had no life skills he would need to live in a house with humans. We were at our wits’ end. We immediately contacted Harmony K9 Training and started training with Gunner. After the first lesson with Aaron we were able to walk with Gunner on a leash! We were blown away. And over the next few weeks of training Gunner became a valued member of our home. A dog that was a phone call away from being returned to the shelter now has the skills needed to survive. He is a joy. He loves his structured walks. His recall and stay skills are tight. The confidence Gunner has gained in himself has transformed him into a pup who is hungry to learn. Aaron was very responsive and flexible with our busy schedule. I cannot recommend Harmony K9 and Aaron highly enough for anyone seeking professional dog training services. My experience with Harmony K9 and Aaron has been nothing short of exceptional. We brought our German Shepherd, Bear, to Aaron for training, and the results have been truly remarkable. Aaron's expertise and dedication shone through from the very beginning. He took the time to understand Bear's unique needs and tailored the training program accordingly. I’m so glad I decided to work with Aaron. I have a 4 yr old miniature schnauzer that barked every single time he saw a dog and never came to me when he was called. Now, walks are so much better and I’ve see a huuuuuge improvement in him following commands. Keep in mind this is not just training for your dog, it’s also for you. So the constant support Aaron provided was awesome. He was also super flexible with our training sessions due to the holidays which I appreciated. Overall my dog and I really enjoyed having dedicated time to train and had a great experience working with Aaron. I definitely recommend working with him.
