FirstBarkThey were able to train me and my dog to correct his dog and stranger aggression he is now able to play with new dogs and leads a far happier life because of it. Even got some graduation photos of him.

Happy Gentle Dogs exceeded expectations! They brought structure, consistency and a genuine love for what they do! Our pup responded incredibly well and we learned so much as owners too. HGD is truly a gem to have closeby. They’ve trained all 3 of our fur babies. But the best part is their whole family training system which trains owners as much as it trains the dogs. Great people, great facility, great results. Highly recommended for your dog training needs.

We met Dale almost 13 years ago - and it was a game changer. Our two dogs were semi-feral and struggled with fear aggression. We had already been "fired" from a standard training class and spent an extraordinary amount of time with an animal behavorist before finding Dale. He was our last resort. He worked with them one at a time and helped transform them into happier, more confident dogs. Now, we and the dogs still get to see Dale and the team when the dogs stay with them for boarding and "touch-ups". Both dogs live their stays at Happy Gentle Dogs and come home tails wagging. I highly recommend Happy Gentle Dogs.
I drive an extra 2.5 hours every time I leave town without my *complicated* rescue dog because I implicitly trust that she will be well cared for by Dale and Tracy and their team. I know that they will treat her in such a way that boosts her confidence and that when I pick her up she will have gained something positive from the stay. This is priceless.
