I have a Jack Russell mix young girl who had never been away from me since I got her. I had to take a trip for 2 weeks and couldn't take her with me. I brought her to Happy Tails as my dog had been trained by Erin and loved her. The separation anxiety was huge - for me, but not for my dog apparently because when I picked her up she was healthy, happy and apparently had a great time playing with the other dogs and being spoiled by Erin. I won't hesitate to board her there again.

So this place sucks. Whenever she agreed to take my sisters dog she was shut down / not currently in business. Her dog and my aunts got kennel cough while in her care and was perfectly healthy (vet checked) before their stay. The dogs was covered in vomit when they was picked up. Actually had them picked up a few days early by a friend. The dog food that was provided wasn't used. And was promised pictures and videos and she would only send pictures so far away they was barely visible in the pictures; probably because they was disgusting and their coats was matted after only 5 days. Would give 0 stars if I could. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
