Happy Tails Dog Training

My family cannot say enough about Natalie and Happy Trails Dog Training. We sent our 8 week old bernedoodle Finn to her for her two week jump start puppy program, and he returned home with wonderful manners, a grasp of expectations, and within days of coming home, was able to go to the bathroom on his own. She has also provided a day training for us to refresh both his skills and ours. Natalie has shown so much love for our puppy. Even more, she has shown great patience with us, his family, as first time dog owners. She has been available to us, has answered our questions, and is clearly skilled in her training and techniques. Because of Natalie, Finn is truly a member of our family. All of this from two weeks of training. I am sure that her longer training programs would produce even further results. We are grateful to her, and I am sure Finn is too. I would recommend Natalie and Happy Tails Dog Training to anyone looking to give their puppy a great head start.

I am very pleased with Happy Tails Dog Training. Natalie is professional and knowledgeable. My dogs learned so much and I am really impressed with their learning and behavior improvements. Natalie helped me learn how to be a better dog owner as well. I felt empowered and gained so much understanding of how to care for our dogs, their needs, how to undo typical doggy behaviors, how to train a new command or dog behavior, and gained enough knowledge of dog training that I feel like I would be able to trouble-shoot any future dog issues. And if I couldn't figure it out a future issue on my own, then I know that Natalie can. It was well worth the investment.

Won’t offer any sort of pricing information until after a consultation that costs $50. Asked her if it would be closer to $350 or $3,500 and she said that if we are looking for cheap to go elsewhere. (Seemed rude as I never said I was looking for cheap, but I still replied.) I confirmed that we aren’t looking for cheap- but needed some sort of price range before we committed. She didn’t reply again. Very unprofessional- we will be going elsewhere.
