What do your services include?
We provide board and train and boarding services 365 days per year in our home. All pups get to enjoy our 5-acre yard, receive complimentary access to our indoor pool, and will receive chauffeur service to and from Happy Pup Manor within 1 hour. All pups go home with a complimentary bath, and board and train programs include a go-home lesson in your home.

What exactly happens during my dog’s stay?
Your pup follows a schedule. Each morning, we take the pups outside to play. They’re free to run around our fenced backyard or relax in or by the saltwater pool, always supervised by a Happy Pup Manor team member. They enjoy two mealtimes, one in the morning and evening, and return to their crates around 10pm. Throughout their stay, your pup will socialize with the other dogs and, if you so choose, can participate in individual swimming lessons or other amenities.

Communication is horrible. They will try to upsell at every turn even though they haven’t accomplished what you’ve already paid for. I shouldn’t have trusted them with my puppy or my time. Never again. I truly don’t understand why people are writing good reviews.
HPM is the absolute best! They provide updates with photos and our dog comes home clean and extremely happy.

The go home lesson was clear and informative- she was great with teaching and encouraging my kids with the training. Daga also made sure we completely understood everything we went over! I also simply cant believe the change in my pup - I will definitely be scheduling further training lessons here!

My experience did not match the reviews I read at all. Sadly I will never bring my puppy back here. She was in a board/train program for 10 days. When we went for our 90 min meeting with the trainer our 6 month old puppy was brought out to us in a prong collar. The 20 min session we had was only about how our puppy was taught to respect the collar. There was no mention of the form I had submitted about our goals for her training. This experience was disappointing and our pup learned nothing. In fact she regressed in many ways. I believe she was kept in a crate for prolonged periods of time because she is now aversive to her crate at home. She used to love it. I threw the prong collar away. I highly recommend you do NOT bring your pet here.
