Happy Dog Canine Training

Contacted this business four times via website contact form, text, Facebook messenger and voice mail message. I have not received a call back. I was eager to start trainig for my puppy and expressed that excitement in my correspondence. I definitely do not recommend Happy Dog Canine Training due to poor customer service and lack of concern for future customers interested in their training program. Zero stars if I could.

We had an amazing experience! He did exactly what he said he was going to do and truly went above and beyond. When he brought our dog home, he spent hours with us making sure we understood everything and felt confident moving forward. The results speak for themselves — our dog is doing fantastic. If I ever need another dog trained, he will definitely be the first and only person I call. Highly recommend!

I contacted this company after adopting a new dog that needed some general manners, guidance and confidence. We also have two cats in our home that he would chase. Teddy stayed with Jade for their 3 week board and train and returned today. We could see and immediate difference in Teddy's manners and could see how well the two of them worked together. Jade took his time and walked through his training and gave us our own training to work on. Today I was able to take Teddy into Petsmart with confidence, something I didn't feel i could do before because of his fear. I was also able to walk him off leash and have him directly by my side the entire time even with the distractions of other cars, dogs and people. Not once did he leave my side! Most importantly Teddy hasn't chased or shown any interest in our cats so far. If he does we are confident in redirecting him with the help of Jade's training and techniques. Overall Jade has given Teddy so much opportunity to safely explore the world with us. He has given Teddy and myself new fpund confidence which has made all the difference so far. I very much look forward to our many adventures. Thank you to Happy Dog Canine Training for everything. There really aren't enough words to express our gratitude!

I Can honestly say this is possibly the worst experience with any business that I've had during my time on this earth. Jade Miller came and picked up our dog at our home on Feb. 9th for a 4 week board and train. After a week that our dog was gone we texted him and asked how everything was going and if we could receive a video of how the training was going. After a week with no response we txted him at the end of the 2nd week and asked again how the training was going and if we could receive a video of how training was going. We then received a txt stating she was very smart and he sent us 3 pictures. No videos. So we did not bother him and just chalked it up to him being busy. We were set to get her back on March 9th and I txted him on march 8th asking how we needed to arrange pick up...............Now remember there has been no communication with him in 2 weeks. No update or anything. He states he needs an additional week with our dog to finish training at no additional cost. Was a little hesitant at first but agreed to let him keep her for another week and asked him if everything was ok. he did not respond to the txt. Sent him multiple messages after that and no response. Tried to call 2x and no answer. This is over a 4-5 hour period the day before I'm set to pick her up. finally he txt me back at around 5:30pm and says that the following Sunday is good to pick up. By this time I'm frustrated with his lack of response not only this time but previously in the month. There was essentially no communication. I told him that we would just like to get our dog back the next day like we had previously agreed on and we would finish up her training locally with another company. He then proceeded to call my phone and I told him that we preferred to get our dog back the next day. He then begins to explain to me that I know nothing about training dogs and that he cannot meet me the next day. so I told him I would come to him that night. He says he cannot meet me that night either. So after some back and forth he over the phone he agrees to meet me with her that night. When we met he handed me our dog and got in his truck and proceeded to leave. did not go over any of the "Training" that was accomplished over the past 4 weeks. Our dog smelled like a carton of cigarettes and needed multiple baths as soon as we got home. we paid this gentleman 3,000.00 for training. She is worse today than when we dropped her off. She was crate trained when we sent her with him. As I lay writing this she has barked and howled for the past hour from her crate. She has not been trained on the leash much less off of the leash like he stated he could accomplish. The incompetence of this "Trainer" is outstanding. Im going to see if I can claim 3000.00 on my taxes for a charitable contribution to this "Company" because no services were rendered whatsoever. This is an absolute joke of a business and Sadly the ownership is the Joker. BEWARE!!!!
