Happy Dog Canine Training

I recently adopted my lab mix from a shelter and he is a great dog but lacked some manners and has a huge prey drive and was hard to control when we saw squirrels etc. I hesitated on doing a board and train only a month after getting him but decided it was best so we could get on living our best lives together. I spoke to Jade a long time and decided on the 3-week program. Jade and Sage were great when I dropped him off and spent time going over everything and making me feel comfortable and they responded quickly during the program when I reached out for updates. When I picked him up, he was sitting on a cot and didn’t respond to me coming in and I was scared he didn’t remember me – but he was in a Place position and once released ran over to greet me and was his happy fun self! We went over all the commands and training inside and at the park and I was so impressed with his skills and especially heeling. I needed the training too and love that Jade and Sage sent me home with all the tools and that I can reach back out to them for pointers going forward. Within a day we walked past lots of squirrels, a cat and groundhog and he responded to my commands and didn’t pull at all!
