Customer service has been excellent, especially Tez via FB messenger. The technology is not capable of consistently delivering the high expectations promised in advertising. Customer service has been excellent, especially Tez via FB messenger. The technology is not capable of consistently delivering the high expectations promised in advertising. The gps location is not reliable and I will never give it permission to shock/correct our poodle. I lowered my expectations and have kept the collar for the following reasons: fairly accurate GPS location, Cel service and app gives peace of mind should dog run off. The dog is trained to return whistle and it works 50% of the time (unreliable app/connection) which is enough to be useful, again, in the rare occurrences when dog chases off.

We had one question recently and she set up a call immediately and solved our concern! Halo has been a really great purchase for us! If you are on the fence find Tez on line! She is a company asset!
