I called for questions regarding the fit for two muzzles. The man who called me back was very rude, unprofessional and insulting. I doubt that he will care about this review but I was so disappointed in him as a human being. I was informed that not only do they not make "much of a profit" on muzzles, no longer carry them in a size large enough for my two dogs, but also that they may stop selling them all together. I want to share with those who may find themselves on the phone with him. I would like to add that his wife (I am pretty sure) is fine to speak with, however because of him I will NEVER buy from them.
