Guthrie's International Trainers and Breeders

I read a bunch of the negatives on these guys, so I thought I'd weigh in. I had my German Shepherd trained there- He's not impeccably "police ready" trained, but he is trained not to be a derp in public, to the point where he's a perfect gentleman when the collar goes on. Mostly dealt with Mel when I did the training- her methods might seem a little draconian at times, but she did get amazing results. Since then, I've had my dogs kenneled there when we've gone out of town. When we've returned, they're happy and healthy, and freshly groomed. I'll use these guys again in a heartbeat. Personally, I've never had a run-in with the staff like any of the 1 star reviews are describing, but I will offer that these are people, and they're allowed to have a bad day once in a while. Sometimes, if someone's being a pill, you just gotta forget about it and move on, instead of writing a bad review and trying to cancel them.
