Fernando and Bella are great!!! I love Guiding Pets & Parents. I strongly recommend them. I sent my 5 yr old Shih Tzu to them for two weeks. It was well worth the cost. My dog listens to me now, he comes, sits, lays down and he now loves his crate. We are working on potty training him to go in my back yard instead of the dog park. That is still a work in progress since he is 5 yrs old and VERY stubborn. That being said, they still text me with guidance, support, and encouragement. They trained me for 3 hrs in my home. I now follow that training. It’s hard work but well worth it!!! When Rocky was with them, I received daily texts with updates and pictures. I feel like the texts were also training me. I was worried that his personality would change after he was with them; it didn’t. He is still a little tough guy with an attitude but now he listens to me. This is because of Bella’s and Fernando’s hard work with Rocky!!
