FirstBarkHenry is a great trainer. We did the board and train and also lessons at the house to help Ellie fit in with our other dogs. Henry is very responsive to any questions that we have. Ellie really loves him!!!

We interviewed several trainers before deciding to Board & Train with Henry, GTX K9 Solutions. He came to our house and was very knowledgeable and seemed very observant with our 18 mo beagle. My main objective was to be able to communicate with our very prey driven pup without losing his beautiful sweet personality. Vegas had become very destructive to our shutters and basically went nuts to get outside when he saw a squirrel or bird on our lawn or people walking by. “Barrier Frustration” He’s the sweetest pup and people walk to our back fence daily just to visit with him so I didn’t want to stop that but needed a way to get he’s attention when he was in his beagle zone. He was pretty horrible with walks as well. Leap frogging to get to me to go faster whenever he caught a scent. Henry took Vegas for almost a month. He sent pictures and videos of Vegas and updated me fairly often. I would have liked to have seen videos of Vegas in training and that’s my only somewhat negative comment. When Vegas came home, Henry showed us all of Vegas’ new skills. We went on the nicest walk with Vegas with Henry’s guidance on how to communicate with him. We’ve since come to Colorado for the summer with all new senses and sounds. We couldn’t walk Vegas around the lake last year as he was barking and baying like crazy. It wasn’t very enjoyable but now we walk the lake several times a day and we know what to do if he begins to head toward his beagle zone. He doesn’t freak out when he sees a person, deer or bird around our place. We are so happy that we found Henry. And that we now have a resource to turn to if Vegas develops another worrisome behavior. Thank you Henry!
