Greenside Canine Training

So ask anyone on our block if our dogs were a bit, well, say “out of control”, and they would strongly affirm with a YES. In fact, we even have a sign hanging on our porch to warn the innocent delivery drivers of the imminent sound of barking that would be coming from the other side of the window directed at them. 😅 That sign (calling them behavior failures) is coming down today because yesterday our puppies both officially GRADUATED from the Greenside Canine Training Program! 🎉 Our expert trainer, Morgan, even had to come to us because our dogs wouldn’t have done so well taking them to their business. (She has been more than happy driving to us every time and does it often for others.) Now, we are able to take them for walks, drive-ins, the vet, drive-thrus, etc. without embarrassment or regret. They actually listen to us. 🥳 We still have a ways to go to get these sweet pups to where they need to be, but we have made HUGE strides in only six weeks and have Morgan to thank 100%! Her presence immediately seemed to calm them as well as bringing out the best in both of them. They love her and so do we! They even laid down so well behaved for their graduation picture. A couple of teacher’s pets right there… 😜 (couldn’t help it!) Call Greenside Canine Training and ask for 💝Morgan💝 if you’re ever considering lessons for your furry relatives. I will never be able to say enough amazing things about Clay and his team! Winnie needed training for her impulsiveness, leash walking, and basic commands (to say the least). Clay took the time to listen to our situation and assured us he could help. We opted for the 4 week board and train. It was difficult to not have her for 4 weeks, but Clay made sure we had updates through her weekly report cards. When we went to pick her up at the end of the 4 weeks, I couldn't have been more impressed at the mature and obedient girl she became. Winnie is a dog who smiles - a lot. The kids made sure Clay knew how important it was for her not to lose her smile. We can honestly say Winnie smiles more now than she did before! She is such a well behaved and happy girl. Clay and team, thank you so so so much for teaching her the way and showing us how to maintain it!

I sent my 2 year old Siberian Husky, Tachanka, through Greenside Canine’s 6 week board and train program. I was hesitant at first about sending my dog for so long, but after talking to the owner, Clay, I realized the importance of setting long lasting behaviors and why it takes time. Tachanka was the stereotypical husky that I thought was super stubborn, didn’t listen to me unless I had a treat, and was aggressive towards strangers. While Tachanka was at Greenside I got weekly pictures and updates on him and felt like I was a part of the process. At the end of the training, when I went to pick him up, I got an intensive go home lesson where they taught me everything about my dog and why he behaves how he does and he they worked through it. Not only that, but a week later they came to my home and followed up to answer any additional questions I had and to make sure he was assimilating well. Any future dogs I ever get will get trained here and I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking for training stop their search and just send their dog here. If I could give 100/10 stars I would.
