We worked with Chris a few years back with our dog (blue nose pitbull/sharpei mix) with what Chris had said was one of his worst cases at the time. Very aggressive ridiculously reactive. He did great instructional training with my husband and I. The dog would not allow Chris to handle him. If this says anything about the difficulty we were struggling with. We were unable to take him any where. I could not walk him. 1 because he wouldn’t leave or driveway and 2 what if we met people on the road or cars ( he would lunge every time one went by and bark and growl) with time and patience from us and our dog he is now living a much better dog life. 🩷 I am able to walk him with confidence and do not worry about meeting people or cars. He has been on hiking trips passing people and dogs with no issue he walks by them with confidence that he is a good boy. He is very collar conscious and we rarely have to use it, he just wears it. Positive reinforcement with verbal phrase and head pats. Because of our training with Chris his quality of a dog life is so much better and I truly get to enjoy the rewards of having a dog. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I always recommend chris to people who are struggling with their dogs.

Would leave a zero star if I could. This guy uses corrective measures without actually training the dogs. If you check his Facebook: you'll see him pulling dogs around on prong collars instead of using lure methods to teach proper behavior, there's no actual rewards being used, if you watch body language you'll see a lot of shut down which means the dog isn't actually learning. 'Balance trainer' is a lie. True balanced trainers teach with motivation (treats, verbal and physical praise, being able to smell something, saying hi to people or other proper dogs, etc) instead of using the corrective collar and a tight leash.. Real trainers teach proper behaviors first and use corrections in the proper way (tested to make sure it's appropriate for the dog, lowest effective corrections are the only way to go). He's also been very aggressive towards me for any criticism which means he's not willing to learn and has no ability to defend his methods with any true scientific background. Avoid this trainer!

I can't say enough what a great job Chris did with our Dasha. We tried 2 separate 6 week training classes that resulted in virtually no real forward steps. We saw immediate positive results on day 1 of our 8 week training course with Chris. I now have an amazing companion that I have confidence in taking with me literally anywhere knowing she will respond to all commands. I can honestly say that the outcome of the training and guidance that Chris provided exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Chris to give you the knowledge and tools necessary to get the most out of your dog.
