Great Salt Lake Dog Training

My wife and I took our puppy, a now 7 month old Boykin Spaniel to both the star puppy class and the intermediate class. The trainers here are awesome and affordable, expect to spend around $100 for an 8 week class session, which is a phenominal price. The environment is good, their expertise really trains the dog owner to empower us to train our own dogs to be happy and successfull, "a well trained person is a dogs best friend." We will continue attending the wide variety of classes!

I took my dog for a casual stroll through the Pioneer Park farmer's market today, and the brief interaction I had with the representatives of GSLDTC was enough to persuade me to leave this review. After eavesdropping on a conversation my lady and I were having with another vendor, they proceeded to invite us over to give our dog treats. An older lady sat behind the table expressed interest in our dog, then proceeded to condescendingly instruct my girlfriend how to use the retractable leash. While this was going on, the lady at the table was attempting to advertise her business to me, but could not seem to stop insulting how other people tend to treat dogs in the process. The entire experience was negative, and it felt necessary for me to pass this information on. If you are in need of dog training services, I would recommend you look elsewhere.
