Gray Oak Boarding & Training

I'm extremely picky about boarding my dogs, but I never have a second thought about leaving them at Gray Oak. Heather and her staff are great. When my doggies are there, I don't worry about them. If my recommendation isn't enough, check out their smiling little faces. When I drop them off, they bolt for the kennel door and don't even say goodbye. They love going to "doggie camp" as we call it. Heather even posts photos so you can check in on your little ones when you're traveling.

Provided feedback about my experience, which was quite lacking in customer service. One of those things was a lie told to me by an employee about the inability to open a gate. Now, they have their friends casting judgement on my character in my review in an attempt to discredit me. I cannot recommend them based on poor communication, "story telling" by an employee, lack of customer service, and the inability to handle negative feedback.
