Got Canine Training

I don’t know where we’d be without Leo! Our sweet german shepherd puppy had so much anxiety that showed up as aggression, she was completely out of control and with her getting bigger and bigger every day, we knew we needed to do something. What a blessing when Leo came into our lives. His ability to meet us where we were and to train us to be a better family to her is such a rare trait in someone but also has it! We just got out Dahlia back and it’s like she’s still her but with more confidence, less anxiety and the ability to follow commands. We’ve finally been able to take her on walks as well. The difference is night and day! I only wish we’d known Leo sooner! But, better late than never! I cannot recommend Got K9 Training enough! Thank you for giving us our baby girl back!

We are so grateful to Leo. He had his work cut out for him when we sent him our 9 month old German Shepherd puppy. She had multiple behavioral issues and had zero obedience. Leo worked diligently with her and was able to successful turn her around. Not only does she now follow our commands, but she no longer pees all over our house uncontrollably and does not jump all over our small children. We can take her on long walks without it being the disaster it once was. We can control her and help her get out all her energy now. Leo not only trains the dog but he also trains the owner so that when he is finished with his part, you can take over and continue to improve your dogs behavior. And FYI, when he tells you to read the book, you need to READ the book. Thank you Leo for giving us the ability to give our pup a second chance to be a member of our family. I highly recommend Got Canine Training!!! As a first time dog owner I made the mistake of not investing in training right away. My 2 golden retrievers were out of control and difficult to walk. As a family we weren’t having the best experience with our dogs and decided to put our trust into Leo. It was difficult the first few days to send them away but I’d get frequent updates, pictures, and videos of them throughout the 4 weeks. They were taking daily walks, runs and even hikes in Ventura with the biggest smiles and always wagging their tails. I was impressed with how well he was able to analyze their behaviors and come up with an individualized plan for each dog. After 2 weeks I was able to observe in person the progress he’d made with each dog. I’m amazed at the level of obedience and confidence my boys now have. We were also provided learning sessions with handling our dogs to maintain and continue their obedience training. My dogs love, respect, and trust Leo and so does my family!
