I have a almost 2 yr old German Shepherd that Nathan has been working with. She absolutely adores him. Nathan is extremely knowledgeable and uses not only positive reinforcement training but also reading the dogs behavior. He also teaches the handler how to work with these aspects as well. I have learned so much along with Freya. I think the hardest part is for him is to train the humans. Nathan has a true love and understanding with the dogs and it shows with how they respond to him. He is easy to work with and extremely accessible anytime for a quick question to trying to eek in another session. My pup Freya not only adores Nathan but also respects him. Therefore she loves to work with him. He is extremely patient even on her sassiest days. He is definitely worth every penny and more. I didn’t want a trainer that didn’t use positive reinforcement or the shock collar to train. My pup Freya is a very well mannered young lady, well most of the time. You definitely won’t go wrong with Nathan training your pup.

Nate is absolutely wonderful with our 3.5 year old pup, Mowgli. He's a chocolate lab mix rescue with anxiety triggers (chain sounds, metal dragging or clinking the ground or other metal, along with other "abnormal" sounds coming from outside) that haven't gone away for the last 2.5 years that we've had him, and we began seeing these triggers get worse over time and we wanted to put an end to them immediately. We own a small gym business in the Finger Lakes and ideally want him to be our gym dog so we never have to leave him at home when we go to work. We've been working with Nathan to get Mowgli to control his own emotions, listen to us despite distractions, and interacting politely with other animals and people to make him confident, happy, and internally settled, even if he hears those previous triggers. It literally feels and looks like he's going through puppy therapy to conquer his fears and be the goodest boy he can be and it's truly paying off. Nathan is willing to travel, he's kind, loves animals, and has so much knowledge on how to get the most benefit out of your pup using positive reinforcement and training methods, which was my favorite part. We would recommend Nathan to anyone looking for a positive-based dog trainer, who's looking for a deeper connection with their dog that forms through his style of training, no matter the issue!
