Sweet Tilly just turned 3 & I don’t know what we would have done without Robin! She saved me when Tilly was a puppy (my 1st!) & I was completely overwhelmed. Just having her as our trainer took my stress level way down. She just understands humans & their dogs! We are grateful that she continues to be there for us for boarding or occasional day care. Tilly absolutely loves going to Robin’s and runs to her door when we arrive. I feel SO fortunate to know that my dog is happy & well cared for when I’m away. Thank you, Robin!!!

We bought a package from the trainer (Robin). After a few months we tried to schedule our third session and she told us the package was expired and refused to honor our remaining sessions. She asked for more money, even though we had paid her hundreds of dollars. She swindled us out of a lot of money. Stay away!

Hello Farhan, I am so sorry that you are unsatisfied with my business practices. But let's make sure that all the information you provided is true and correct. You purchased a package of 5 from me in Sept 2024. As stated on my price sheet (which you received from me via email before purchasing a package) and on my website, where the policy is listed for all to see, it is stated if you purchase a package of 5, you have 5 months to utilize that package. We did 3 sessions together in September 2024 and then I did not hear back from you until two days ago, June 9, 2025. 9 months after purchasing your package. It is unfortunate that you were not able to complete your package in the 5 months as my policy states. So yes, if you would like to do a session now, since the original offer has expired, in order to book another session, then there is a fee for my services. I wish you the best of luck in finding a new trainer to work with you.<br>

Robin is an awesome trainer. Helped us with multiple now. Home visits and phones consults. She really made a difference for us with our dogs and helping us and them have a happier, more stable home life.

Robin is excellent at understanding dogs & communicating with people. This is the second time she’s worked with our family and a new puppy. We recommend her to everyone! Her training can completely change your experience with your dog and with other dogs. Robin’s training is an investment in a happy, balanced dog & family.

My one-eyed Chorkie is a cute, but wild dog. He struggles a lot with separation anxiety. I am so glad I am working with Robin, he has shown a ton of improvement and it's clear she really loves/cares about dogs. I would 100% recommend Good Dog Fetch to everyone, as your dog will be in good hands!
