Savannah is absolutely AMAZING. She takes amazing care of our fur kiddos and there is no one we trust more. Our dogs know Savannah’s name and are so excited when we arrive at her house. Savannah is extremely diligent about giving us updates and pays extremely close attention to each of our dogs needs. Savannah has also trained both our 1 year old Bernedoodle from day care one and did remedial training with our 8 year old poodle mix. Both dogs are extremely receptive to her method and she teaches us how to be the best dog parents. Look no further, she’s truly a gem.

I've been working with Good Dog, DYNO training my reactive dog, Drake. Everyone there is knowledgeable and approachable. They've taught me how to work with Drake using positive training methods that are easy to learn and apply to our daily life. I highly recommend Good Dog, DYNO.

I’m really disappointed in my boarding experience. Earlier this week I boarded my 7 month old puppy with Savannah for 4 days and 3 nights. A few hours after dropping my puppy off I sent a txt to check in and see how she was doing and was told she was fine. The next twenty-four hours I heard nothing, so I sent Savannah a txt when that time period had passed. I waited a couple hours and did not get a reply. Signal was spotty in my area, so I tried again to make sure she got it. Still no response so I called and it went to voicemail so I left a message. About an hour later I got a text that Savannah was not with my dog and that’s why I didn’t get any updates. She was working at her facility for 12 hours and my dog was being watched by her fiancé whom I hadn’t met and knew nothing about. Then my dogs temperament was blamed for why they could not send photos and I was promised she’d send an update with photos in the morning. She did send 2 photos the following morning and a short txt, but no other info and no other updates followed. I have no idea what my dog did the last four days who who actually cared for her. My coworkers who also boarded their dogs or had pet sisters during our trip had much better communication and the people watching their pets were just less experience and had less qualifications, so imagine my disappointment. I wasn’t expecting hourly updates, but 2-3 short txts and a photo per day would have been nice. It doesn’t take long to send a quick message.
I did not choose Savannah on a whim. I sifted through rover profiles, tried a traditional daycare that offers boarding and asked a bunch of local trainers for recommendations. The puppy class at good dog DYNO was great. We attended twice and the trainer there (not Savannah for our visits) was professional and seemed really knowledgeable. I was hoping this could be a great resource for us, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
