I knew I wanted a Golden and wanted to find a breeder close to me I reached out to Jennifer and John and they helped with all of the process. We picked up our beautiful 5-month-old English Cream Golden a few days ago and from start to finish, we had an absolutely fantastic experience with Jennifer & John at Golden Touch! The puppies themselves are beautiful but equally, they are superbly well taken care of and trained. Jennifer is an amazingly knowledgeable, caring, and skilled trainer who really knows what she's doing and is SO helpful in sharing her knowledge and helping us with the transition to having this amazing new family member! She was responsive through the entire process, from the beginning of our research through the pick up of our puppy, and since then as well, she has regularly checked in to see how the puppy's adjusting and has offered invaluable advice for helping the puppy acclimate to our home. Equally importantly, the puppy was already so healthy, happy, and well-trained that her transition to our home has been pretty seamless. Because we're first-time puppy owners, we've had some questions; we've turned to Jennifer and she has been unfailingly responsive and supportive, and her advice has been just what we needed to figure things out. John has been equally supportive and responsive in the entire process too, and has provided a lot of great information about the methods they use and their approach to rearing and training puppies. And the best part is, we know that we can continue to turn to both of them for answers and support in the future too! All in all, you cannot go wrong with Golden Touch! As first-time puppy owners, we were somewhat nervous to embark on this journey, but we feel so much more confident knowing our puppy has come from this amazing place. We cannot recommend them enough!
