I was referred to Jennifer and John by my cousin, I recently brought home an xl bully to my American standard bully and she wasn’t very welcoming of him. Jennifer has been there for me every step of the way with the in person, at home training and with her online courses. They are the sweetest people you will ever meet and they truly want the best for you and your pups. Every thing they do is from the heart and her work truly shows. They have been such a blessing to us in transitioning our new dog into our home!

My husband and I had the best experience with Golden Touch! From our very first conversation, Jennifer and John were amazing to work with. They are so kind, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the breed and training. You can tell how much love and care they put into raising their beautiful puppies. Our Welshie, Forest, came to us healthy, confident, and well-socialized. He is such a great little boy! Jennifer is a wealth of information and was so passionate and patient with us, always happy to answer our questions. As new puppy owners we felt so supported every step of the way. She is truly dedicated to helping both her puppies and their owners succeed and her brilliant training materials and courses offer invaluable knowledge for any dog owner. Jennifer and John kept us updated throughout the entire process with photos, videos and updates about Forest’s personality and progress. John even flew Forest up to us in Boston and knowing that Forest was calm and comfortable the whole time made it so much easier for us to prepare for Forest’s arrival. It is a testament to how well he had been cared for and socialized. It’s clear that Jennifer and John truly love what they do and go above and beyond for both their puppies and the families they place them with. We can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a happy, healthy, and beautifully raised Welsh Springer Spaniel!

I truly can’t say enough about Golden Touch Dog Training and Boarding. Jennifer and John are absolute gems. From the moment we connected with them, we knew we had found something special. What they’ve helped us accomplish with our two dogs Pluto, our energetic Golden Retriever, and Arlo, our stubborn mixed breed has been nothing short of incredible. Their facility is spotless, secure, and clearly designed with dogs’ comfort and safety in mind. The kennels are climate-controlled with both A/C and heat, and each dog has access to an indoor/outdoor space via a doggy door, allowing them to come and go freely while remaining completely enclosed and protected from any outside critters. The peace of mind this setup provides is priceless, especially with the added bonus of 24/7 camera access. The gated property is beautiful and well-maintained, and even includes a dog wash room, which is just another thoughtful touch that shows how much care they put into everything. We opted to include training sessions during boarding, and the results have been truly amazing. In just four sessions and lots of consistency on our end, Jen and John helped us work through resource guarding, rushing in and out of doors and crates, jumping on us and guests, and boundary setting. Their approach is clear, effective, and rooted in kindness and respect. Our dogs have done a complete 180 since we began working with them, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Jen and John are incredibly professional, but also warm, down-to-earth, and full of heart. It’s clear they truly love what they do, and they’ve become more than just our trainers, they’ve become friends. Their passion for animals shines through in every interaction, and the impact they’ve had on our family is something we’ll never forget. Golden Touch is so much more than just a training and boarding facility, it’s a safe haven, a support system, and a place where both dogs and their people are deeply cared for. We are beyond thankful to have found Jen and John, and we will never stop recommending them to anyone who wants the absolute best for their dogs.
