I took a canine nutrition seminar led by Michelle from Golden Paws and Suzanne at Superior Dog Training and found it very helpful. I especially liked that Michelle asked each participant to provide the type of food they feed their dogs so she could do some specific analyses for us. And she made it fun with prizes and snacks.
