Global K9 Protection Services

In March of this year (2022), my wife and I decided to purchase a protection dog for our family. After looking at several dogs at various breeders, we decided to purchase a 2-year-old male Belgian Malinois from Courtney at Global K9. Within a month, we realized that the dog we purchased wasn't the right fit for us. So, as allowed in our contract, we returned the dog to Global k9 and asked Courtney to find us another dog that would better fit our family's need. Without hesitation, Courtney offered to refund my full purchase price or replace the dog. We elected to find another dog but assured Courtney that we weren't in any hurry and to take her time finding the "right" one. That is exactly what she did! We now have a 14 month old female that we love and are so happy to have! In every way, Global K9 and all their staff have exceeded our expectations throughout this entire process. Global K9 is the BEST!!!!

Global K9 and Courtney are the best. We have had multiple trainers, to be honest 7 and the results were always the same, nothing but basic obedience. Our dog Coconut is extremely smart and learns quickly but her dog aggression was something that all other trainers could not handle. Courtney was confident enough to train Coconut around dogs and the results were phenomenal. Before we couldn’t go on walks, ride in the truck, or really much of anything due to her unmanageable behavior at the sight or sound of another dog. The only solution really offered was meds by our vet and that didn’t even help. BUT… after Coconuts stay with Global K9 she is a completely different dog and off all meds. It is hard to explain in a review but every part of this training was worth it. I just wish we would have found them earlier! THANK YOU SO MUCH!
