Gladio K9

Jay F, owner of Gladio K9 is patient, kind, and trustworthy. His job is not only to train the dog, but work with the owner so that they can develop a positive relationship with their pooch. He is effective at both, and I recommend Gladio K9 absolutely. I met Jay in dog crisis: I had a 6 m/o 110 pound puppy that I could not load into my car. I explained to him that I would love to come in for my initial consultation but that once the consult was complete he was going to have to load my dog into the truck. Within minutes of meeting Tex, Jay had gained my pup's trust and began to assess his personality and trainability. The biggest issues Jay felt were not that my dog was stubborn or out of control -- or too big!-- but that I was not communicating effectively with my pup. Over the next months Jay worked with me to be able to train my dog so that I was always the one in charge. Our training sessions continued out of the studio and into the real world. Jay's training and commitment allowed me to manage and show off a dog that was bigger than I was! I am grateful every day, and especially on days when I see other owners pulled down the streets by their dogs, for the training Jay provides. BTW -- Jay loaded my big boy into my truck easily after the consult and it was never a problem after that for Tex to access a vehicle!

Jay is the best in business. I have raised dogs my entire life and have trained different breeds of my own and friends and family that needed help. Earlier this year i got a new puppy and he was a bit out of my comfort zone and had some behavioral issues. i reached out to jay to help and he trained me and my dog and helped resolve his problems. Of course all dogs are a work in progress so i still work with him daily to keep up the work, which every dog owner NEEDS to do. Jay inspired me to continue professional work in dog training which i am currently in school for now! He is experienced with ALL breeds including the most difficult such as strict working breeds like the belgian malinois, dutch shepherd, german shepherd, husky, etc… If you need help with your dog this is the person to go to! he does everything from puppy and adult obedience, aggression issues, behavioral and mental problems, and even bite work for dogs trained in that sport. He is always honest and will always give a professional advice to help you in every way possible. truly the best i have recommended every person i know to go to him.
