I'm writing this review to inform people of general information you want to check before agreeing to any services. First be smart NEVER pay for a service before reading the contract. I want you to know that when you pay for a service you need to get an actual invoice not just a receipt that is sent to your phone. You need an invoice that states what the service is, how long it's going to take, how much you paid, and what company you paid it to. The reason I say this is because if you try to dispute this later, that is a requirement for this to go through. Second you need to actually have a date set when you're starting service, how many classes it will ensue, and what date it will end. The reason I say that is because again a verbal contract is open, which means the trainer can put all of their training in that last month of a year and claim that they offered you the correct service. Three you need to make sure that you check a company's viability, even if you have to look years back whether on google, yelp Do The Research. 4 not everyone needs a service dog if you are not on any medication's or have no mental disabilities. This is why there are so many animal attacks and why there are other options, such as an ESA. Lastly on top of all of this, you only have 100 days to dispute a service and that is for date of actual payment and NEVER Sign a contract that states you cannot be refunded from the very first training session, always read the FINE print.

I had an unruly puppy I brought in for board and train. After he finished his stay, I was going to classes with him to continue his training. A few months into training, he began alerting (I didn’t initially need him as a service dog, he began alerting on his own). Marge immediately recognized his alerts and asked if I was ok and I said I didn’t feel “right” but didn’t know what was happening. I went to the doctor, and found out I was sick. The training my pup had received taught him to recognize my illness and take care of me even before I knew I was sick. My puppy was then retrained as an actual medical alert service dog, and he continues to recognize and alert me before I need my EpiPen to stop anaphylactic reactions. He has saved me several times by his alerts that something bad is coming. Without his amazing training, I’m sure I would have been hospitalized more than a few times now. He also recognizes migraines before they begin, and makes sure I take medicine to minimize the effects or completely stop the migraine. Glad Wags has taught him to alert me in different ways so I know what he is telling me and which medications I need long before I have to use the heavy duty meds (EpiPen), so I can avoid having to go to the hospital each time. Even my doctor is amazed at how well he predicts my medical crisis long before it actually becomes a crisis. This never would have happened without Glad Wags and Marj’s expertise at training him. I so much appreciate how well she first taught us to work together at first just to have good manners and stop destroying my house as a puppy, but now as my faithful companion who, no doubt, has saved my life. I cannot say enough good things about Marj and her training. Whether you need puppy obedience training, or a full blown medical alert service dog, put Marj’s experience to work for you!! My puppy grew from eating my couch, destroying my house on a regular basis, and a bitey little monster to my best companion and lifesaver, all because I found Marj and reached out for help and training!!!
