I was reprimanded for using a flat collar on my puppy, despite her website stating a flat collar was acceptable for class. I was asked if I had a harness instead and given several reasons a collar would hurt my puppy's health from pulling. If I do not allow pulling, then how am I causing harm? Ultimately, I decided to take my puppy elsewhere because of this and the lack of meaningful correction (some dogs do not care that you simply pulled them away) provided to a mutt that kept humping my dog.
Blossom and I met Gigi 8 years ago in puppy class and followed that up with more classes and individual training over the years. We love her and her way with dogs. We have run into her at various dog parks and even if it's been a few years, Blossom always remembers her.
Fantastic, smart, loving techniques. Timber and I love Gigi and her staff.
