One on one training done in your home will fix most behavioral issues in 4 to 6 weeks. We specialize in reactive dogs and also take the time to address any of the issues you are facing with your dog. We also teach basic manners, puppy basics, leash manners, potty training, crate training, and fix jumping on guests. With Gentle Canines, we teach your dog to bond with you and listen to your commands!
Gentle Canines began with a goal to keep dogs with their families. Too many dogs are rehomed, surrendered to shelters, and euthanized every year due to behaviors that can be fixed. Our goal is to help you gain the tools necessary to have a loving member of your household that you can love on and be proud to have around your family and others.

Had 5 sessions with Dee from Gentle Canines. I adopted a rescue pup that was very reactive on leash. She came and taught and explained the mindset of dogs and how they are feeling in a very plain and easy to understand way. Me and my pup still ha e a lot of work to do on leash, but his behavior is night and day in only a few weeks. It is also making me a better owner but understanding what my dog is emotionally going through thru the adoption and rehoming process.
